Let us know everything about you two, from your first encounter, your favorite thing, dream Bali wedding, theme of color, passion, commitment, budget… and more, simply anything.
Since the matched decoration is different for every wedding/reception venues, when you book Hanamizuki for your decoration please choose your wedding venue or at least narrow down the candidate venues. You may check Tirtha's website or SNS to see our decoration selections and pick up some images you like if any. It may allow us to know what type of wedding decoration you would like to have.
Prepare the rough draft and calculate the cost
Based on the discussion about your wish, Hanamizuki creative team will prepare the rough draft of your wedding decoration and calculate the cost as well. You may think there are lots of flowers available in tropical island of Bali, however we often use the imported flowers for the wedding decoration and therefore, some flowers may or may not available depends on the season.
In case your preferred flower is not available on your wedding date due to out of season, our team will have an alternative plan which will meet your expectation.
Preliminary quote and proposal
Hanamizuki creative team will make the planning to you with the rough draft of decoration and the cost estimation. If you prefer we can arrange the online discussion as well.
Based on this draft plan our team will make more concrete suggestion which matches your request and budget. While having several discussions with you the final design will be ready along your wish.
Final presentation based on the Mood Board
Hanamizuki team will create the mood board based on the discussion with you, and the quotation. You can get the concrete image of your decoration of the Day with this mood board.
