Wedding Package
Wedding held at Uluwatu's iconic chapel. The charm of this wedding package is that everything is completed at Tirtha Uluwatu. Since the ceremony is held at 17:00, the venue can be reserved.
In addition to wedding planning, photo & video shooting for 6 hours each, and reception is included.
The Wedding Venue:
Tirtha Uluwatu
This is it, Tirtha Uluwatu, the venue for your wedding ceremony.
Tirtha Uluwatu is an independent wedding venue with an area of about 6,300 square meters in Uluwatu, south of Bali.
Located on a 100 meters high clifftop and has a spectacular view of overlooking Indian Ocean.

How do you actually go from the pick up to wedding ceremony?
I'll introduce the way of service to be given.
On your wedding day we will pick you up from your hotel and escort you to Tirtha Uluwatu. Normal pick up time is around 13:30 and you start the preparation.
Uluwatu Suite
At Tirtha Uluwatu we prepare 2 Uluwatu Suite Rooms as a waiting room one for Bride and another for Groom.
This Uluwatu Suite Room is exclusively for you from the pre-ceremony preparation until the end of the reception.
Welcome Drinks for Bride & Groom
You will be welcomed with a welcome drink upon check-in at Tirtha Uluwatu.
It's Tirtha original mocktail that has a slightly sweet and refreshing taste.
Hair & Makeup for Bride
This time Bride's hair & make up preparation has started a little early at 13:00 as they have the Tea Ceremony prior to the wedding. Normal time for the hair & make up is around 14:00.
Then photographers and videographers also join and start the shooting from 14:00.
Your Bridesmaids can also have their preparation with you in Master Bedroom.
Preparation for Groom
Same as Bride, this time Groom has started his preparation at 13:30 while normal time for Groom is 14:30.
Then photographers and videographers also join and start the shooting from 14:00.
Your Groomsmen can also have their preparation with you in uluwatu suite.
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot for Bride
Once your preparation is done let's have your photo session in the room or in the garden.
There are many of photo shooting spots in Tirtha Uluwatu. Don't miss any of them!
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot for Groom
Bride and Groom each has the pre-ceremony photo session separately.
A group shot with his groomsmen. Then the shooting for Groom himself will be continued at various locations.
Guest Lounge
Guest waiting lounge where your guests to stay before the ceremony start.
This time we arranged the guests' arrival at 14:30 to attend the tea ceremony.
Usually the guests arrive at Tirtha Uluwatu around 16:00.
Guest Lounge Indoor
Most guests enjoy taking photos from this point.
They will be escorted to the chapel once the ceremony is ready.
Welcome Drinks for Guests
Guests will be treated with welcome drink which is a refreshing citrus mocktail.
Photo Booth
An additional arrangement of Photo Booth that collages the photos of two of you.
This Photo Booth can be your original venue decoration, as well as a great photo taking spot for your guest.
These photos introduce the story of two of you, from the beginning of love to the today's your wedding.

Tea Ceremony Set Up
An additional Tea Ceremony setting at the reception venue 'Heaven'.
Heaven is an outstanding reception room with overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Tea Ceremony
The Tea Ceremony starts at 15:00.
Ceremony time may be different depends on the number of the guest.
Tea Ceremony with a few number of the guest may be taken place in Uluwatu Suite.
Wedding Venue
Wedding ceremony is held at 17:00.
Guests first to enter the chapel, then the Groom does.
Finally, the Bride enters and the wedding starts.
Chapel's capacity is up to 70 people however when you have more guests we'll set up
the live video streaming in the Guest Lounge for them to watch the ceremony on TV
monitor.
Chapel Decoration
This is the standard Chapel decoration included in this wedding package.
Even if you don't order any special styling you already have this beautiful decoration for your Bali wedding.
It is also possible to make custom styling of the venue decoration according to your wish with additional cost.

Customized Decoration
The couple customized the venue decoration according to their wish.
The theme of the decoration is the elegance of icy blue and white rose which matches the azure of the Indian Ocean.

Wedding Ceremony
Now it's the time to finally realize what you have carefully prepared.
Let's make your dream Bali wedding happened.
Post Ceremony Photo Shoot
Take the beautiful pictures as many as the time allows at the post ceremony photo session.
Flower confetti for the ceremony attendees to celebrate Bride & Groom is included in the wedding package.
Group Photos
Of course, taking photos with your family and guests is a must!
Capture the most precious moments of after wedding ceremony with full of happiness in everyone's face.
After group photo session it's the time to start the photo tour for only two of you.
Couple's Photo Tour
The photo corner is provided specially for picture taking purpose.
There are many of photo shooting spots in Tirtha Uluwatu and you can capture lots of stunning pictures here.
While two of you having the photo tour your guests enjoy the cocktail time.
Once the photo shooting is over, Bride and Groom also join the cocktail reception around 18:30.
Cocktail Reception
Having your favorite food carts (*optional) and enjoy them with the aperitif before dinner reception is highly recommended.
Picture shows the Yakitori & Takoyaki cart. Since the food cart is basically performed as live cooking, the atmosphere surely will be exciting.
Let's make your guests enjoy the cocktail time as you have around 1 hour before the dinner starts.
Reception at Tirtha Uluwatu
Since Tirtha Uluwatu is the venue for both of your wedding and reception and
you don't need to move to the other location, you will have the very smooth
flow throughout the event.
You also can customize the styling for table decoration according to your theme
and the budget.
Grand Entrance
Once Bride & Groom are ready it's time to start the reception with their grand entrance.
All the guests to welcome two of you with fireworks (*optional) in their hands.
It's really dramatic directing that only outdoor venue could cater.
Earth & Glass Stage
The reception venue was a combination of Earth and Glass Stage.
Each capacity of the seating style setting is up to 180 people for Earth and up to 60 people for Glass Stage.
Cliffside Garden
In addition, Cliffside Garden right next to Glass Stage can accommodate up to 50 people.
By using all the venues we can accommodate about 300 people in total.
4 Course French
French-Japanese fusion created by a Japanese chef. A beautiful presentation, with a firm outline even in the delicate seasoning. Vegan, vegetarian and kid's menus are also available.

Tirtha Uluwatu has the permanent open kitchens that are designed for buffet both at 1st floor Earth and at 2nd floor Heaven.

The live performance will surely make the reception more lively and more exciting.

Cake Cutting ceremony is included in this wedding package, and performed after dinner.
Cakes will be served to the guests then.
After Party
Dinner is over, it's the time for after party!
Enjoy your night with full of dancing, chatting, and drinking.
The happiest time while soaking in the afterglow of happiness. It is the night filled with smiles and joys of everyone.
