Check in at Glass House
How do you actually go from the pick up to wedding ceremony?
I'll introduce the way of service to be given.
On the wedding day we will pick you up at your hotel and escort to Glass House where you have your preparation for your Bali wedding.
Check-in time is around 11:30.
In case there are other guests checking out at the Glass House in the morning on the day, your wedding preparation may be at Tirtha Uluwatu.

Welcome Drinks for Bride & Groom
You will be welcomed with a welcome drink upon check-in at Glass House.
It's Tirtha original mocktail that has a slightly sweet and refreshing taste.
Master Bedroom
Preparation for the Bride will take place in Master Bedroom.
Once you are ready, we will escort you to Tirtha Uluwatu, the wedding venue.
As Glass House is the venue for the reception after the wedding, Master Bedroom is the mainly Bride's preparation and waiting room for the throughout the day.
Bathroom
The bathroom overlooking the Balinese Garden is spacious with full of openness. Dressing is taken place here.
You also can take a shower here and get you refresh prior to the reception, or you can use it as you like.
Hair & Makeup for Bride
Normally hair & make up for Bride starts at 12:00 noon.
Then photographers and videographers also join and start the shooting from 13:00.
Your Bridesmaids can also have their preparation with you in Master Bedroom.
Guest Bedroom
Groom's preparation is done in Guest Bedroom.
When you are ready, we will escort you to Tirtha Uluwatu, the wedding venue.
Same like Bride, Guest Bedroom will be Groom's preparation and waiting room for the day from the wedding to the reception.
Preparation for Groom
Groom's preparation starts at 12:30.
Then photographers and videographers also join and start the shooting from 13:30.
Your Groomsmen can also have their preparation with you in Guest Bedroom.
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot
Once your preparation is done let's have your photo session in the room or in the garden.
There are many of photo shooting spots in Glass House. Don't miss any of them!
Transportation to the Wedding Venue
Once you are all ready, around 14:00, we will escort Bride & Groom to your wedding venue, Tirtha Uluwatu using the separate cars.
It takes only a few minutes drive from Glass House to Tirtha Uluwatu.
Your wedding starts from here.
Uluwatu Suite
At Tirtha Uluwatu we prepare 2 Uluwatu Suite Rooms as a waiting room one for Bride and another for Groom.
This Uluwatu Suite is perfect for the final preparation just before the wedding, retouching of hair & makeup, and change your clothes.
Guest Lounge
Guest waiting lounge where your guests to stay before the ceremony start.
Your guests are advised to arrive here around 14:00.
Most guests enjoy taking photos from this point.
They will be escorted to the chapel once the ceremony is ready.
Welcome Drinks for Guests
Guests will be treated with welcome drink which is a refreshing citrus mocktail.
Chapel Decoration
This is the standard Chapel decoration included in this wedding package.
Even if you don't order any special styling you already have this beautiful decoration for your Bali wedding.
Wedding Ceremony
Now it's the time to finally realize what you have carefully prepared.
It is also possible to make custom styling of the wedding venue decoration according to your wish with additional cost.

Post Ceremony Photo Shoot
Take the beautiful pictures as many as the time allows at the post ceremony photo session.
Flower confetti for the ceremony attendees to celebrate Bride & Groom is included in the wedding package.
Group Photos
Of course, taking photos with your family and guests is a must!
Capture the most precious moments of after wedding ceremony with full of happiness in everyone's face.
After group photo session it's the time to start the photo tour for only two of you.
Reception at Glass House
Once again at the Glass House, the venue for your wedding reception.
The guests will be welcomed at Lobby Lounge.
You can relax for about 2 hours prior to the reception starts, so serve drinks and have a cocktail time here at Lounge.
You can add the live band to entertain your guests with lively performance.

Bar at Lobby Lounge
The Bar located in Lobby Lounge.
Enjoy your favorite drinks at this Bali-like bar with full of openness.
Cocktail Reception
In addition, we offer you a cocktail reception with a grazing board and sparkling wine. Canapé also can be arranged instead of grazing board.

Food Cart
Or food carts are also recommendable. Place some food carts of your choice and taste them with the aperitif is so entertain.
Make your guests to spend fun time until the reception starts.
Photo Booth
How about to add the photo booth for pre-dinner fun photo session?
It's guarantee that all the guests will be exciting as everyone loves photography for sure!
Let's get excited with accessories for shooting.
Lawn Games
How about the quoits for the younger guests? Parents will feel relieved if the children play with others by themselves. In addition to quoits, there are other various game available.
Of course, not only children but also adult guests can enjoy them.
We also can arrange the baby sitting service when necessary.

Pool Terrace
Pool terrace is the outdoor reception venue where could accommodate 50 guests with seating style. Or this is the perfect venue for pre-dinner cocktail reception or food carts setting to entertain your guests. *Additional option.
It is one of the great attractions of Glass House that you have various choices of location to enjoy your day with many thing.

French-Japanese fusion created by a Japanese chef. A beautiful presentation, with a firm outline even in the delicate seasoning. Vegan, vegetarian and kid's menus are also available.
