A fumbled pastry, courtesy of Heinz's momentary clumsiness, led to Rose's spilt drink, and then a flustered apology sparked a two-hour conversation. Heinz and Rose's connection was effortless, with his warmth and her easy grace setting the stage for a love story as sweet as the treats they shared. Rose later reminisced, “We talked like we had known each other for a long time.”

A year later, with Perth basking in the warm glow of a November sun, Heinz hatched a romantic plan. He booked a gondola ride on the Swan River, cleverly using a nearby festival as an alibi for the weekend.

The day before, while strolling past the gondola dock, Rose remarked, "That would be nice to do," completely oblivious to Heinz's secret plans. He chuckled to himself, "Yes, but not today!"

The big day arrived: a pleasantly warm Saturday. After the gondola ride, a leisurely river walk and a romantic dinner, Heinz kneeled and playfully asked Rose, "Are you sure you want to be my wife?" Laughing, the newly engaged couple celebrated under the magical summer sky.

Rose's friend in Bali initially helped scout venues, visiting Tirtha to take photos and meet with planners. When the couple visited the venue, they instantly fell in love with the setup.
