Wedding Package
This package includes 2 nights accommodation at the Glass House. In addition to wedding planning, it also includes 6 hours of photo and video shooting, reception, and decoration and styling of your choice.
Orders from 6 people can be accommodated for small groups. Malachite is an all inclusive value package.
Check in to Glass House
How do you actually go from check in here to the wedding ceremony?
I'll introduce the way the service to be provided.
Normally, you may check in to Glass House a day before the wedding.
First, we will pick everyone up at your hotel and escort to Glass House.
Lobby Lounge
Going through the entrance there is a lobby lounge where you will process your check in. Check-in time is 14:00.
Welcome Drink
Jamu welcome drink will be served upon your check in.
Jamu is Indonesian traditional herbal medicine handed down from the ancient times which is made from natural plants' fruit, skin, leaves, and roots.
Nowadays it's been arranged so that easy to drink.
After having a break here, we will escort you to your room.
Master Bedroom
There are 3 rooms available here.
A master bedroom for Bride & Groom. The Japanese style garden with flowing water outside of this room will give you healing time.
Beverages in mini-bar are available free of charge.
Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Flower Bath
Bride & Groom will be welcomed with very popular flower bath in their master bedroom upon their arrival. It must make you feel exciting at once.
We will arrange flower bath everyday until your check out. Not only bathing but you can also enjoy the photo shooting of it.
Guest Bedroom 1
Guest Bedroom 1 for your guests.
You see the Balinese garden outside, and hear the flowing water of the fountain. Same as master bedroom, mini-bar and Wi-Fi are available free
of charge.
Guest Bedroom 2
Guest Bedroom 2 for your guests as well.
Room specification is a bit different with Guest Bedroom 1.
Mini-bar and Wi-Fi are available free of charge.
Welcome Dinner
At the night of arrival, Indonesian feast will treat your guests as Welcome Dinner.
Lighten up the Moonlight Garden may amaze your guests as the wonderful surprise. You can have some entertainment here like Balinese Dance at
additional.
Indonesian Cuisine
You should try Indonesian cuisine during your stay in Bali.
It's characterized by using various local spices and perfect matched with our Balinese Garden.
Table Setup
Dinner for 6 people is included in this package and more guests can also join the dinner at additional cost.
Drinks such as wine, beer, and soft drink are available. You can select what you like.
Wedding Day
This is the day! It's the day of your long-awaited wedding.
Don't be panic, let's start the preparation well.
Daily Breakfast
The first preparation is breakfast choice.
Choose from Western, Japanese or Indonesian dishes.
Everyone of you will have the same menu but you can change the choice of menu on a daily basis.
Please tell your Butler about your request on the day before.
American Breakfast
The main dishes of American Breakfast are egg dishes, bacon, sauteed mushroom and spinach, grilled vegetables. Besides the main, soup, bread, vegetable salad, and fruit platter are included.
Japanese Breakfast
The main dishes of Japanese Breakfast are rolled dashi-broth omelette, grilled fish, spinach ohitashi, stewed eggplant and konjac in dashi-broth,
and natto. In addition to the main, miso soup, rice, vegetable salad, and fruit platter are included.
Indonesian Breakfast
The main dishes of Indonesian Breakfast are egg dishes, Indonesian chicken skewer 'Sate', spicy chicken and stir-fried water spinach. Besides the main, chicken soup, chicken porridge, vegetable salad, and fruit platter are included.
Floating Breakfast
This is the very popular 'Floating Breakfast', which we float your ordered breakfast menu on the pool for the photography purpose!
This is a must item to post on your SNS.

Hair & Makeup Start
After having breakfast and taking a short break it's the time to start your hair & makeup in the master bedroom around at 11:00.
Tell your hair & makeup artist all about your request, and the artist will make you as you wish.
Around 12:00 photographers and videographers will also join then start the shooting. You may feel more excited little by little.
Bouquet & Boutonniere
The Bouquet of sage Eucalyptus, snow powdered green Veronica, white with a hint of light green Wax Flower and Lisianthus, smoky blue Eryngium embodied tropical feel. Bride's hand pick, the gray vine - Orchid took it to a graceful and classic look.
This time the decoration was full customized according to the clients' request.
Preparation for Groom
Groom's preparation starts at 14:00.
Then photographers and videographers also join and start the shooting from 15:00.
Your Groomsmen can also have their preparation with you in Guest Bedroom.
Chicken Cutlet Sandwich
We serve a light meal lunch for you during your hair & makeup.
Since you will have a little long time until dinner, eat lightly to prepare your wedding.
This is our Chicken Cutlet Sandwich served with French Fries.
Temari Onigiri
This is Japanese 'Temari Onigiri' rice balls.
This beautiful onigiris are prepared in 9 various flavors and bite-sized for your easy eating.
All your in-house guests will also be served the light meal lunch.
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot for Bride
Once your preparation is done let's have your photo session in the room or in the garden.
There are many of photo shooting spots in Glass House. Don't miss any of them!
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot for Groom
Bride and Groom each has the pre-ceremony photo session separately.
Photographs of you with your friends will be the precious memory.
First Look
Once each pre-ceremony photo shooting is over finally Bride and Groom get to see each other for the first time.
Groom meets the most beautiful Bride ever. It's a touching moment.
Transportation
Once you are all ready, around 14:00, we will escort Bride & Groom to your wedding venue, Tirtha Uluwatu using the separate cars.
Your in-house guests will be transferred as well.
It takes only a few minutes drive from Glass House to Tirtha Uluwatu.

Tirtha Uluwatu
This is it, Tirtha Uluwatu, the venue for your wedding ceremony.
Tirtha Uluwatu is an independent wedding venue with an area of about 6,300 square meters in Uluwatu, south of Bali.
Located on a 100 meters high clifftop and has a spectacular view of overlooking Indian Ocean.
Uluwatu Suite
At Tirtha Uluwatu we prepare 2 Uluwatu Suite Rooms as a waiting room one for Bride and another for Groom.
This Uluwatu Suite is perfect for the final preparation just before the wedding,
retouching of hair & makeup, and change your clothes.
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot for Bride & Groom
Photo shooting for you two will be taken place at Tirtha Uluwatu too.
It is a great value of this package that you can have the photo shoot at two locations of Glass House and Tirtha Uluwatu.
Welcome Board
Welcome sign in Acrylic panels decorated with dried Cycas, fresh green Smilax and white Lisianthus and Wax Flower.
Guest Lounge
Guest waiting lounge where your guests to stay before the ceremony start.
They can relax here while having the welcome drink.
Most guests enjoy taking photos from this point.
They will be escorted to the chapel once the ceremony is ready.
Wedding Venue
The ceremony venue is also arranged along with the chosen theme.
Beyond the altar, it's a magnificent view overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Wedding Ceremony
Wedding ceremony is held at 15:00.
This is it, it's the climax, finally the ceremony starts here.
Guests first to enter the wedding venue, then the Groom does.
Finally, the Bride enters and the wedding starts.
Eternal Love
Now it's the time to finally realize what you have carefully prepared.
Exchange your vows of eternal love here, while remembering your long way to get here this moment.
Feel the sincerely blessings from your parents and guests gathered today for you two.
Post Ceremony Photo Shoot
Take the beautiful pictures as many as the time allows at the post ceremony photo session.
Flower confetti for the ceremony attendees to celebrate Bride & Groom is included in the package.
Group Photos
Of course, taking photos with your family and guests is a must!
Capture the most precious moments of after wedding ceremony with full of happiness in everyone's face.
After group photo session it's the time to start the photo tour for only two of you.
Couple's Photo Tour
There are many of photo shooting spots in Tirtha Uluwatu and you can capture lots of stunning pictures here.
While Bride & Groom are having photo tour, your guests will be transferred to Glass House for the reception.
Once the photo tour is done Bride & Groom also move back to Glass House around 16:30.
Cocktail Reception at Glass House
Once again at the Glass House, the venue for your wedding reception.
The guests will be welcomed at Lobby Lounge.
You can relax for about 2 hours prior to the reception starts, so serve drinks and have a cocktail time here at Lounge.
Reception at Glass House
The reception venue was Plumeria Room. Tropical jungles greenery flowed through from floor to ceiling glass doors into Dining Room. Circular tassels, glittering chandeliers, drapery in ecru, gray taupe and fairy lights showering over, muted vigorous greenery and tuned it elegant yet classic. Translucent Ghost chairs and acrylic tables accentuated the look.
Bride & Groom Table
Backdrop of greenery adorned Circular setting tropical mood, crystal Chandeliers casting sparkles over Sweetheart table, Fairly light showering and gentle Drapes layered and trancelucent Ghost chairs and tables previwe the night to unfold.
Table Setup
Taupe show plate with cotton gaze napkin, simple seating & menu card placed, Gray & Ecru macarron compled the look. Favor in botanical motif - box looked mute yet beautiful.
Grand Entrance
Once Bride & Groom are ready it's time to start the reception with their
grand entrance.
Dinner reception will be started around 19:00.
4 Course French
French-Japanese fusion created by a Japanese chef. A beautiful presentation, with a firm outline even in the delicate seasoning. Vegan, vegetarian and kid's menus are also available. You can select your reception menu according to your wish and budget.

Cake Cutting
Cake Cutting ceremony is included in the package, and performed after dinner.
Cakes will be served to the guests then.
First Dance
This is the climax of reception, the First Dance.
Poolside is directed with the silver jet (*optional) performance.
The moment of the most excitement!
It's no doubt that the perfect moment for photos and videos.
Digestif
Digestif means aperitif in French.
This is not included in the package and will be additional arrangement, but it's very recommendable for you to enjoy after dinner drinks while relaxing in the garden with your guests.
In the feeling of openness that can only be experienced in Balinese garden, just enjoy talking while immersing yourself in the emotional afterglow.
