Check in at Glass House
How do you actually go from the pick up to wedding ceremony?
I'll introduce the way of service to be given.
On the wedding day we will pick you up at your hotel and escort to Glass House where you have your preparation for the wedding. Check-in time is around 13:00.
Welcome Drinks for Bride & Groom
You will be welcomed with a welcome drink upon check-in at Glass House.
It's Tirtha original mocktail that has a slightly sweet and refreshing taste.
Master Bedroom at the Wedding Venue
Preparation for the Bride will be taken place in Master Bedroom.
Master Bedroom is the mainly Bride's preparation and waiting room for the throughout the day.
Bathroom
The bathroom overlooking the Balinese Garden is spacious with full of openness. Dressing is taken place here.
You also can take a shower here and get you refresh prior to the reception, or you can use it as you like.
Hair & Makeup for Bride
Normally hair & make up for Bride starts at 13:30.
Then photographers and videographers also join and start the shooting from 14:30.
Your Bridesmaids can also have their preparation with you in Master Bedroom.
Guest Bedroom
Groom's preparation is done in Guest Bedroom.
Guest Bedroom will be Groom's preparation and waiting room for the day from the wedding to the reception.
Preparation for Groom
Groom's preparation starts at 14:00.
Then photographers and videographers also join and start the shooting from 15:00.
Your Groomsmen can also have their preparation with you in Guest Bedroom.
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot for Bride
Once your preparation is done let's have your photo session in the room or in the garden.
There are many of photo shooting spots in Glass House. Don't miss any of them!
Pre-Ceremony Photo Shoot for Groom
Bride and Groom each has the pre-ceremony photo session separately.
First Look
Once each pre-ceremony photo shooting is over finally Bride and Groom get to see each other for the first time. Groom meets the most beautiful Bride ever. It's a touching moment.
Lobby Lounge
Guest waiting lounge where your guests to stay before the ceremony start.
Usually the guests arrive at Glass House around 15:30.
Welcome Drinks for Guests
Guests will be treated with welcome drink which is a refreshing citrus mocktail.
Wedding Venue
Wedding ceremony is held at 16:30. Guests first to enter the chapel, then the Groom does.
Finally, the Bride enters and the wedding starts.
Wedding Ceremony

Post Ceremony Photo Shoot
Take the beautiful pictures as many as the time allows at the post ceremony photo session.
Flower confetti for the ceremony attendees to celebrate Bride & Groom is included in the wedding package.
Group Photos
Of course, taking photos with your family and guests is a must!
Capture the most precious moments of after wedding ceremony with full of happiness in everyone's face.
After group photo session it's the time to start the photo tour for only two of you.
Couple's Photo Tour
There are many of photo shooting spots in Glass House and you can capture lots of
stunning pictures here.
While two of you having the photo tour your guests enjoy the cocktail time.
Cocktail Reception
A special arrangement of Sate, Indonesian skewers at the request of Bride & Groom (*additional option).
You can relax for about 1 hours prior to the reception starts, so serve drinks and have a cocktail time here at moonlight garden.
Welcome Board
This is the standard Welcome Board included in the wedding package.
The glass board is the perfect matched with Glass House.
You can also add some flowers arranged.
Reception at Glass House
The reception venue was Plumeria Room. This indoor Plumeria Room can accommodate up to 100 guests for seating style.
The high ceiling allows for bold use of chandeliers and decorations.*This is an additional upgrade.
Table Setup
You also can customize the styling for table decoration according to your theme and the budget.
Grand Entrance
Once Bride & Groom are ready it's time to start the reception with their grand entrance.
Dinner reception will start around 19:00.
4 Course French
French-Japanese fusion created by a Japanese chef. A beautiful presentation, with a firm outline even in the delicate seasoning. Vegan, vegetarian and kid's menus are also available.
You can select your reception menu according to your wish and budget. Please refer the menu section for details.

Buffet at Glass House
At Glass House we install the buffet station according to your reception plan. Our professional team grills fresh ingredients using the charcoal grill carefully at BBQ station.

Projector & Screen (*optional) also can be arranged to liven up the reception.
Cake Cutting
Cake Cutting ceremony is included in the package, and performed after dinner.
Cakes will be served to the guests then.
Moonlight Garden
The outdoor Moonlight Garden. Can be used as the after party venue or for photo shooting spot. You can take dramatic pictures here by directing the lighting.

This is a day of Alice at Glass House.
