‘We loved every moment! Both of us keep mentioning how we want to relive the wedding night and experience it all over again,’ The couple met through a mutual friend, and after a month they started dating. After four beautiful years together, they decided to tie the knot. They accidentally saw the image of Glass House by Tirtha and they right away agreed that the wedding should take place in Bali, and that Tirtha would be their first choice.

The Preparation

The preparation was hectic but the couple agrees that they both had fun and enjoyed it despite their busy schedule, and that everything turned up exactly the way they imagined. Always loving the idea of a casual and cozy wedding in Bali, they also love a touch of elegance with just white roses and ice blue theme to complement the sea.
“Reinhard was always a fan of James Bond, so he wanted nothing but a sharp and black tuxedo for his wedding day,” said Elly.
“As for myself, I had my eyes set at any wedding dress with a halter neckline. We are actually very chill and definitely did not fuss about the details of both the gown and suit,” she said again lightly.
The Reception at Tirtha Uluwatu
Elly’s personal favorite is the navy blue candles because she loves to collect candles, especially anything in navy colors.
Grand Entrance
Another aspect they really loved was the food served that evening. “Our overseas guests were raving about the nasi kuning and coconut bar. My personal favorite was the melon soup dessert and yakitori, while Reinhard definitely enjoyed the chicken and Tom Yum soup!”
Cake Cutting & First Dance
The couple had a hard time deciding their favorite moment but in the end agreed that it has to be the first dance, “It was very intimate for us. Another was during the wedding ceremony when we were saying our vows.”
“All our guests truly loved the wedding, the perfect lighting and decoration…. One of the groomsmen said that it was one of the best weddings he attended,” said Reinhard and Elly again.
